“The journey that had everything. The vast majority of Pakistanis live in harsh conditions in a hot, humid and densely populated region. The mountainous north feels like another world. A world where the world's three highest mountain ranges meet.”
Frozen peaks of the mountains
The three highest mountain ranges in the world - Himalayas, Karakoram and Hindu Kush - meet in the north of Pakistan. We will head to the base of the famous Nanga Parbat.
Rough life in the countryside
We will drive across the country to reach the remote rural areas in the south-east of the country in the province of Sindh. Here we will see the conditions in which the largely illiterate villagers live near the Thar Desert.
Diverse architecture
Even architecture enthusiasts will find plenty to see in Pakistan. The local mosques and palaces are influenced mainly by the Mughal era, but there is a wide variety of structures across the country.
